Last week, I picked Another Mommy Moment as Blog of the Week after I read her confession .

And this week is for Ellen’s place, The Broken Road.

Why? Because today is her birthday! And her Happy New Year post is really a deep thought of a mother.

Last month I commented on the post about her feeling as a step mom here.

And what a coincidence and a big surprise that I found out it’s her birthday today.
