It is the truth that, according to my experience, Samsung is so far very satisfactory. Product itself, from regular TV, plasma TV, DVD player, LCD monitor, laptops, camera, to refrigerator and any other home appliances, shows very high performance with the best of design. If the product quality and performance are not reasons enough, the customer service is very great. Whenever I have problems with one of my Samsung devices, I just call the customer service, and they are always ready to help without any charge at all. Unless, of course, there are some parts need to be replaced, then they will charge us on the replacement and service. In short, so far, anything Samsung, I like.
