To be in…
Sometimes, we think that we are too busy to at least spend a time with our children. Either the jobs, the laundry, mess in the living room or dinner to make get in our way.
Well, let’s see…what is more important than having them thinking about you, later when they grow up and living somewhere not near you?
For me, there’s nothing more important than that.
I imagine myself old, lonely, sitting by the window on an almost wrecked rocking chair…terribly lonely. Then, suddenly, the phone is ringing. It’s my son, saying, “Hi Mom, how are you? I miss you so much…”
That’s lovely, isn’t it?
So, nothing can get in my way if I want to be there for him.
