- Potatoes and Spinach
1 small potato
2 ounces spinachPeel and cube the potatoes first. Steam potatoes until soft (15-30 minutes). Steam spinach for 2 minutes the most.
Put in a blender or food processor.
Ready to serve…
- Mango
1 Ripe Mango
MilkPeel and dice the mango. Mash it until soft.
Add milk or water or cereal.
- Peach and Chicken
1/4 cup cooked boneless chicken
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon milk
1 ripe peachChop the chicken and mix it with the rice and peach. Put in a blender or food processor until soft. Add milk and mix it.
Ready to serve.
