Simple Baby Food Recipe for Busy Parents

Not only simple, but also healthy.

  • Potatoes and Spinach

1 small potato
2 ounces spinach

Peel and cube the potatoes first. Steam potatoes until soft (15-30 minutes). Steam spinach for 2 minutes the most.
Put in a blender or food processor.
Ready to serve…

  • Mango

1 Ripe Mango
Milk

Peel and dice the mango. Mash it until soft.

Add milk or water or cereal.

  • Peach and Chicken

1/4 cup cooked boneless chicken
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon milk
1 ripe peach

Chop the chicken and mix it with the rice and peach. Put in a blender or food processor until soft. Add milk and mix it.

Ready to serve.
