10 Easy-Peasy Things a Tubby Daddy Can Do to Trim His Fat

Tell me, are you a man with more than one kid who happen to try all your might to cover up your tummy? Or, who wish that no salesperson at the Department Store where you buy your pairs of trousers ask the size—although she is actually trying to help you?

Or, you’re simply tired of being chosen to be Santa every Christmas just because you have the same size of belly with Mr. Klaus?

Are all your answers of the above question happen to be “YES”? Or, a little timidly nod?

Well, you have found the right place to lay hands on some helps.

No drugs, nothing chemical. It’s all in you. It’s all about being a father, a husband, a gentleman.

Check out the list and be the happiest Daddy ever—for having the chance to have flat abs.

1. No need to apply for the gym—it’s better to save the money for your kids’ education. All you need to do is simply lift your under-five-year-old child every morning. He/she is happy, you are healthy.

2. Help your wife in the kitchen. Have you ever heard that some people are half-hearted to finish their food after making it? Yes, some are like that. Who knows, you might be one of those ‘lucky’ people. Not only have you lost some calorie by working in the kitchen, but you will also reduce your calorie intake for your lack of interest in the food.

3. Wash your car. I bet that you have been going to car wash. Why should you spend money on something that you can do by yourself, something that can help you move your body a little bit?

4. Let your wife go out shopping with your eight-year-old daughter—who would behave nicely. And, stay at home with your three-year-old son—who thinks that the world would end if he stops moving around the house. Oh yeah, you will produce some sweat for running here and there chasing after your lack-of-quietness little boy.

5. Let your wife have more days off. Look how slim she is after taking care of everything in the house! The more you give her days off, the bigger your chance to trim the fat out of doing the household tasks that your wife normally does.

6. Ask for more turns to walk the dog. It would be fun walking or jogging with the dog.

7. Buy the most expensive fitness equipment you can find. That way, you wouldn’t want to miss using it even for one single day. And, I bet that your wife wouldn’t want that either—she will keep reminding you to make the best out of that costly equipment.

8. Get your wife one of the most romantic gifts on your anniversary: a couple-dancing-lesson membership! You can make your wife happy and find a way to move your body.

9. You can voluntarily become your son’s school’s soccer trainer. It gives you the chance to be closer to him, to take part in the school activity, and of course…to move your body.

10. Bike to work. You must have heard of it. Nowadays, there are many workers who choose to bike to work. It saves your gasoline expense—which can make your wife happy—and it makes you healthier, and of course, helps you cut back some more fat.

Aren’t those simple?

Actually, not all of the points on the list are applicable to everyone. Yet, you can use the list as your guide to create your own list of easy-peasy things to do to trim the fat.

For example, number 4, if you don’t have a three-year-old son or daughter, you can change it into lend a hand to your sister who has a twin to let her kids stay with you and ask her to go shopping with your wife. Oh, yes, you will move A LOT.

For number 10…if your office happens to be nearby. Why don’t you just walk instead of asking your wife to drop you off? Or, do you work at home? Trust me, you still can bike. Get your child a bicycle and bike together with him/her.

So, there are many simple things you can do. It’s just, are you willing to do them? Are you willing to live longer in health for your kids’ sake?
