Don’t Forget Your Breakfast, Kids!
And, don’t forget to prepare it for them, Parents!
As we all know, teachers schedule “heavy” subjects during the morning hours. So, it is very important to make sure that your kids have enough breakfast to get their brain well fueled.
But, make sure that you only serve them nutritious meal. They need to still feel full until lunch time.
Here are some foods you can let them have for breakfast:
- yogurt and fruit
- finger food vegetables, hard-boiled eggs
- cereal with a sprinkling of wheat germ, chopped nuts, raisins, or other fruit
- smoothie or milk shake
Just be creative and get some colors to make the healthy food look better!
