I cannot wait for this day! I got my first crush when I was kindergarden. Kindergarden has come and gone for my son and he has still shown no interest. Other than wanting to marry me lol. I am just trying to enjoy this time before he gets girl-crazy. Once it happens I will wonder why I was in such a rush for it.

My son is just 4 year old and having a crush on a girl in his classroom. I guess... He only remembers her name and asks his teacher whether she will come to class every morning. He does not really know how to talk to her. He just needs to find her and get close to her for a while. One day I saw him tickling her and came back to me to say that she did not like to be tickled. Today, after went into the class, he came close to her and kissed her arm suddenly. She apparently was not offended but did not appear to enjoy it either. After that kiss, my son went one way and that girl went another way.

My son is not very mature and not very socialized. His father and I not very socialized either. Most of the time, he would play by himself in classroom. He almost never remembers his classmates names. So, I am happy to see that finally he is paying attention to some kid in his class. But I did not imagine it would be like this. Should I encourage this by setting up some playdates for him with the girl? He is asking me to invite her to our home. Or, should I discourage him by not mentioning this any more?

He is my first kid, and I never thought I would have this problem. Do you have any idea?
