Try craigslist.com You can get free stuff baby clothes simply by asking, or people will post them. Just go to your city, or surrounding cities and try, good luck!

That must be tough, but try putting up posting around your city, town, etc. The Goodwill always has a nice selection as well.

what area are you in? Search freecycle on the internet for a group in your area. They offer free items that they don’t need anymore, so they don’t fil up our landfills. Good luck!

Try going to a yard sale and telling them the situation, or a resale shop, or try asking people from your church.

i would put an add in the paper and hang up flyers and stuff. I know tons of people who always end up with boxes and boxes of used nice baby clothes that end up sitting around until they make it to goodwill or something. people would probably rather help people out like that then just dropping them off for others to make money. So get the word out and you’ll probably have a big response.

Contact your local human services (welfare dept.) and ask about local clothing banks.
We started a “freecycle group in our county” any items a family doesn’t need anymore they post on this site and anyone that needs the items can contact them…anything that is needed people can post and others that have the things available can contact them! It’s a great way to locate things, recycle and find stuff for free to save everybody money!
It’s free and alot of counties have them. Type in ___countyfreecycle and see if there is one in your area!

That’s a good question! You should definitely make it public what your organization does. If enough people knew about it, you would be overflowing with clothes! So get it posted somehow what you do, and where people may take things to donate. See, I don’t know of anywhere in my town that gives them out for free. All we have are thrift stores, or consignment shops. And I have tons of nice baby/toddler clothing I would love to donate. But I haven’t because everywhere around here charges people for them. I’m actually considering taking them to the Dept. of Childrens Services for needy/foster children. I’m sure they would know who needs them most.

Freecycle.org. Find your local group, sign up and post a wanted ad for baby clothes. I have gotten so many baby clothes there! I also see them up for grabs on there all the time. Good luck!

Try this website: I am a member of this organization also. I am always freecycling baby things in my area. Just find your area and join the group. Hope this helps.

I just dropped off clothing at a baby resale store and they took everything they wouldn’t buy from me and donated it to a local hospital. You could ask at the baby resale stores near you and see if they could donate unpurchasable items to you instead. The items they didn’t buy from me were all still stain free, nice clothes, just out of season.
