Hello everyone,
Breast milk is the best food for our baby! Until he’s 6 months old, no food can substitute the rich nutrition in it. The colostrums, the first part of breast milk produced in the first days after the labor, contain immune for the baby.
Breast milk is baby’s privilege. It shouldn’t be a problem for a working mom to breastfeed her baby. Of course it needs extra patience and strong will. But, you won’t regret doing it for the benefit of the baby. Will you give this precious food for your little angel?

4 Tips to Do When Your Child Has a Fever
by Adwina Jackson
You’ll probably be worried when your child has a fever. Here are four tips you can do when the fever comes.
1. Take your child’s temperature
Don’t rely on your hand to do it. Use a thermometer! A digital thermometer is the best. Use it orally or rectally. If the temperature reaches 99.4°F (if taken orally), your child really has a fever.
2. Give your child plenty of drink
This will prevent him from dehydration as well as help the body to cool itself. Don’t forget to dress him in light cotton shirt to make the heat escape.
3. Don’t worry too much and make your child feel better
Fever is the sign that your child’s body is fighting against infection. Of course it will make him uneasy. It’s good for you to put him to bed. If he feels bored, it’s OK to take him to entertaining games which won’t need much energy.
4. Give your child extra attention
When your child is sick, give him extra care so that he knows that you love him. It surely will make him feel safe and comfortable. The recovery process will come early then.
