Baby shower ideas……?

Does anyone have any good baby shower ideas? I have some games in mind already but please if you have any ideas let me know. I am mostly looking to make invitations and party favors. Does anybody have any good ideas? I like to be creative but I don’t have any idea how to get started.

Well my friend made my invitations and they turned out awsome. She went to Hobby Lobby and bought sheets of paper that had butterflies on them, then bought some of that paper that is see through and printed out the details on it and tied the two together with ribbon. They look like they were professionally done.
Also at my first baby shower, we got these little baby bottles and filled them with candy. For my friends that was having a boy, we bought some mid size bottles filled them with blue sand and put sea shells in them. (Her theme was sail boats.0

for my baby shower the girls made babies out of playdo!! It was so funny to see what they all looked like!!

When my coworker threw me a baby shower she bought cloth in my baby’s bedding colors, and then cut the cloth into little squares. All the shower attendees wrote something nice about my baby on the cloth squares in puffy paint (like “apple of your mom’s eye.”) Then after the shower my friend sewed the squares into a small quilt, with the baby’s name on a large rectangle in the middle. It really wasn’t alot of work, if you or someone you know likes to sew. The guests had fun doing it, and I hung the quilt on my son’s wall (it’s a small quilt). I like to show him that he was loved before he even arrived!
