How would you define the term healthy eating?

-Which food groups make up a balanced diet?(does vitamins and minerals count?)

-What would happen if we did not eat a balanced diet

I found out today that I’m having a baby GIRL! I’m so excited but i was wondering where i could buy some cute baby clothes. I’m due in september so i’ll have to get kinda warm clothes.

i need some cheep clothes but i want my baby girl to look cute.

where can i get premature baby clothing?
would it be okay if i decorated some myself, not badly.. just with a few sequined love hearts if its a girl?

Just wondering if anyone uses Ebay to buy baby clothing. I see alot of cute clothes on there really cheap. I know babies grow out of clothing so fast and new or used get spit up on just the same. I can’t see buying alot of new baby clothes. Just wondered what experiences people have had.

Tomorow is my sister’s in law baby shower, and she is having a girl. I dont know what to get her, I mean I kinda do but I dont know if it would a good idea. I ve never been to a baby shower. I was thinking to just get some kinda cute little outfit and like a cute picture frame. Do you think thats a good idea. What do people usually get for baby showers???????

I’m trying to eat healthy. What have you done to eat healthy? I could make a chart of what I eat. Should I watch Calories, Carbs etc. I am 13. I don’t want to loss weight or anything! I’m not anorexic! But, I would just like to watch what I eat and not over eat. But of course I don’t want to under eat or anything. Should I reward my self if I eat healthy? Like I could say I can’t go to the mall or movies or whatever until I have ate with out extra food for a week or something? You know? I just don’t know where to begin!! What would you suggest?

Yeah I’ve been doing very little fast food anyways. But could I eat there like once a month? or less acually because we only eat at fast food places on trips

My sisters and I are throwing a baby shower for my younger sister and I was wondering if anyone knows a website where I can go to and download a picture of a baby footprint? I will be taking lots of pictures during the baby shower and putting them into a scrapbook for my sister…so I’m trying to get a picture of a baby footprint and have all of the guests write a lovely advice on it and put it in the scrapbook for her. (I don’t want the note to be just a white blank paper, that’s why I adding some graphics to it) This will be more like a little “note” that I will put in there from everyone who attended the baby shower. So if you have a great site that I can visit and get some ideas that will be great. Thanks.
