I have decided to stop eating junk food and be healthy so I go to the gym everyday and eat loads of fruit and vegetables but I find I am getting stomache cramps and diarrea when I go to the loo. Is this normal?..Is my body just getting used to healthy eating or is it craving my junk based diet?

I’ve been a convenience-orientated eater all of my short adult life so far (23) since leaving my parents house when I was 18.
I almost never go to the grocery store, and when I do I buy frozen meals. Lately I just buy things at work, or go to the pizza/sub place or chinese places next door.
One, this isnt very healthy, two its way to expensive. I’ve been looking to revamp the way I eat and try to cook for myself a little.
I feel dumb saying this, but when I walk into a grocery store Im confused… I can’t even concieve making meals from all the different products!
Basically I’d like to know if anybody has any ideas.. or even better some resources for me to check out. Maybe even to hear what your own plan is for food. I work 8-10 hours out of the day so it would help for me to bring atleast some of it to work.
One idea I had was to buy a rice streamer and start making rice dishes… other than that I’m lost.
Any ideas? I know this is the broadest question ever.

my baby will be arriving early may. my coworkers have decided to throw a baby shower for me as they’ve done for other mothers-to-be in our office. this seems to be the only one i will be getting. i’ve talked to many of girls that have 2 or even 3 showers. i don’t have that many friends and both my mother-in-law and mother live in other states. my mom doesn’t seem to be on the bandwagon of throwing one because she’s not aware of the tradition (i come from a vietnamese family). have other people gone through this situation? i’m okay with having just one, but just a little sad that the people i’m closer with won’t be having a get together.

ok so i know alot of people who have just had one baby shower for their 1st child which is normal… and i know others who have had more than one baby shower for each of their children… is it ok to have more than one baby shower? i dont want to be disrespectful by having a second baby shower because im having a second baby…
so my questions are:
1. how many baby showers is it ok to have?
2. if you have more than one baby shower in a lifetime what do you ask for the second time around?
3. is it ok to have 1 baby shower when your pregnant with a boy and then have another baby shower when your pregnant with a girl?

What affect does eating fruit every night have on you?
I am not sure how much clothing for my baby boy I will need to get. I know babies grow fast and so I don’t want to get all his clothes in sized 0-3 or 0-6 months. What is an appropriate amount of clothing to get for 0-3 months, 3-6 months and then 6- 12 months??
Does anybody know where I can find Sims 2 baby clothes? ****Baby as in infant NOT toddler clothes**** Just a few websites would be helpful.
