Communication between Husband and Wife

Tuesday, March 20th, 2007

Communication is one of some important elements in a marriage–besides commitment, faithfulness, and intimacy.

Without good communication, no relationship can work.

Have you watched The Break-Up? What do you think about that movie?

My opinion, the problem lies between them is simply bad communication. Brooke (Jennifer Anniston) wishes Gary (Vince Vaughn) to know everything she wants without her saying anything. Well, he’s not a psychic. And, Gary wishes her to understand his needs but his way to make her do is not the best one.

Both are yelling. Both never sit down and talk.

Well, that’s not the way to solve any problems in any relationship.

So, if you plan to have a beautiful long-lasting marriage, please, take all the time you need to sit down, and talk. Never leave the room before it’s done. And, never say bad things about your spouse, it might ruin the nice conversation. Hold back your anger, your emotion. Think before saying anything.

Remember, it takes two to tango. ;)

Kids’ Favorite Meals? Let Me Think…

Sunday, March 18th, 2007

Don’t tell me that you don’t know their favorite meals!

Well, you must do.

I mean, dealing with your kids every single day, you can tell.

It can be pizza, spaghetti, steak…or what?

But, if you don’t know, yet you wish to know (because it’s one of so many ways you can use to strengthen your relationship with them), simply ask them. See, two benefits at a time.

You can find out their favorite meals, and, you can have a great communication.

Try it!
